IMPORTANT: The email must be sent from the same email address used to register your account.
Please note that due to regulatory requirements, we are not permitted to delete our clients’ data, as we are required to archive it for a period of 5 years, or for up to 7 years if requested by the competent authority. However, once this period has elapsed, we will be able to delete your data upon your request.
